While I've listened to quite a bit, Tororian Love Song is my personal favorite.
The medley sounds pretty good, although I wish the piano/keyboard player had put more attention to the transitions between the songs. The transition from FFVII Main Theme and Eyes on Me was quite alright, but many other transitions just had a moment of silence between the songs. I play that kind of medleys on the piano or on my synth every now and then. My favorite fan-made medley arrangement was probably FFVII Lifestream Overture. There was also a midi with loads of FFVIII themes that sounded very good for me, though since it was a midi, it doesn't sound as good for everyone.
