It all depends on what your local carrier provides, and also what package you got. The Anime Network is a pretty obscure channel, so it'd likely be in some extended package for you to get it.

I have it with Comcast Digital. You can check on ON DEMAND. Press channel 1, or the ON DEMAND button---> Go to the Cutting Edge----> Click on the tab that says Anime Network. I think that may be what you're looking for.
