    Default PS3 and Down Under

    I heard from a friend (my net is stuffed up atm so I can only go on at school) and he said that the PS3 is getting put back from Christmas time to frigging March next year!

    I'm more interested in the Wii and am gonna get a $300 Wii instead of forking out $850, but this sounds like the PS3 is stuffed here.

    Yes, the PS3 has been pushed back to March 2007 and costs $850 and $999 whilst the Wii is coming out December 7th for $399.

    First party wii games will cost $99.95. Yet ubisoft games will cost $109.95, and EA games will cost $99.95, which is wierd, since EA are usually the company with high prices.

    The Australian Wii package includes:

    * One Nintendo Wii console
    * One wireless Wii Remote controller
    * One Nunchuk controller
    * Wii Sports games disc
    * AV/S-video cables

    And the Australian release date which is what Malboro_Menace is talking about. Check here.

    "the PlayStation®3 console official launch date has been revised from 17th November 2006, as previously announced to March 2007 for all PAL territories including Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Australasia."
