When? I don't think an official release date has been released. If so, it's probably thier thinking of getting it out by then, which probably won't happen with SE as thier one of the worst at releasing games on time (Still better then Blizzard at least.)

As for what platform, PS2. That won't ever change.

Although there already is a bit of a discussion already here you could probably try and ask about more. But as far as I know there's no release date down under for a while now.
