I've never tried yaoi, ever, and I probably wont ever go to Japan so I'm going to answer the question as if it IS a normal steak: medium, I like a bit of pink/red in the middle, but not bloody please.

Depends on the steak, porterhouse = medium rare, and thats really the only time I can get steaks
