    Default A friendly warning.

For those of you who employ the services of MSN or as it is now called Windows Live Messenger be very wary of an "error code 81000306" this error code afflicted me and to get rid of the error that it claimed I had (which I did not since I was browsing here and updating the wiki and could access every other net program on my laptop) I had to remove the program Windows Live Messenger from my computer and re-install it. Many of the threads on the Windows live help site mention rolling back the router drivers ect... I have found simply removing the program and re-installing it works. I know tedious and annoying so therefore a good idea since I had the misfortune of finding this one out through experience to put the information here for all of you to see.

I just stick with 7.5 beta, I hate the layout of windows live, they seriously screwed the system up cause my graphics card can't handle it, and neither can my head.

Apparently this issue is even more of a threat with MSN 7.5 Beta (atleast thats what the official sites were telling me)

Oh and Deccessus I never said it was interesting just simply something useful for people to know.

    7.5 more at risk eh?

Does this bug come up itself, or is caused by certain activities?

I got it on WLM without doing anything more than trying to sign in, I got a connection error display whilst signed in (by hovering over the messenger logo in the system tray) and msn wouldn't run/work properly When I signed out to re-start MSN it failed completely and that was the message I got.

This is why we use Trillian kids.

The only problem I've had with Trillian is that it can sometimes be a little confusing, and fonts don't always show up the way you want them to if you're in an AIM Buddy Chat.

Then again, maybe the regular Trillian is buggy. I've got the Pro version. ::
