Yes. You get a system file after you complete the game. Then you can see the extra crap.
You have to wait until the credits are all over of course. Your prize for beating the game is two extra-special FMVs!Yay!
Well, there's more than that, but y'know.
You can access some parts from the offset, but once the game is beaten, you have access to all sorts of interesting stuff. My favourite being the completed bestiary.
