12am - 1:00am, sometimes 1:30am on weekdays. To be honest, I stay up to talk to my girlfriend. It probably isn't that healthy because I have to be to work at 7am but it really doesn't matter to me. I feel tired for the first few hours of the day and then I'm good. If I feel tired after work, I take a nap. No complaining about it at all.

Weekends have me going to bed around 3am, especially now that I have World of Warcraft, even though I don't like admitting that fact. It doesn't really matter. 3am - 11am, sometimes noon is a good enough sleep time for me.

I do have slight medical problems that usually prevent me from going to bed. Mild insomnia and semi-painful back problems prevent me from getting comfortable. Usually I stay up until I am too tired to bother and then literally pass out.
