So what time do you go to bed? Why do you go to bed at that time? Is it even healthy going to be at that time? What do you think is a healthy time to go to bed?
I've been going to bed at around 1am-2am lately, and I'm trying to get in the habbit of going to bed at 10:30pm instead. It's pretty hard to get back into that routine but I feel it's a lot more healthy to wake up early and get moving with a good night sleep.
