Explain to me about "under extreme conditions" stuff.Time, recall, is merely another dimension by which space/time is measured, and while under most normal circumstances is inalterable, under extreme conditions, it can be alterred, though you really will only notice it if you are able to observe a difference in the passage from one area to the next.
