Advice on the Weapons

I have always had a hard time beating the weapons like Ruby and Emerald. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how they beat them and etc and etc. Plz I would love ya forever <3

Ruby

Weapon: Ultimates
Armour: Mystile
Accessory: Doesn't matter

Recommended materia

Knights of the Round = HP Absorb
Hades
W-Summon
Mime
Phoenix = Final Attack

Start the battle with 2 characters KO'd. Wait for Ruby to bury her claws, then summon Hades or use Dazers to paralyse her, then revive your other characters. W-Summon KotR and Mime it. If Paralysis wears off, recast Hades/use more Dazers.

Emerald

Weapon: Ultimates
Armour: Mystile
Accessory: Doesn't matter

Recommended materia

KotR = HP Absorb
Phoenix = Final Attack
Gravity = Quadra Magic
W-Magic
W-Summon
Mime
Enemy Skill
Restore = All

Quite simple really. Cast Regen and Big Guard and either W-Summon KotR or W-Magic Demi3. Mime til the end of battle, reapplying Regen and Big Guard as necessary.
