Talk to Aerith 500 times to have sex to her and kairi walks in and gives you this key, then you go to where kairi is in tWtNW, and go to kairi. The reaction command will be "have sex" instead of talk. Press Triangle and then after a very, very good scene, you will be able to use the keyblade.
