    I’m quite sure I was in some sort of Disney Kids’ Club at one stage in my life, and Mickey Mouse seemed like the club’s idol.

    I've never been a member of any fan club and I probably never will be. When I was a kid I idolized Michael Jackson quite a lot, though.

    I was a member of this LoTR fanclub, an aeon ago. Provided a bunch of lovely parties, some peanuts from Mordor and then it all died down.

    Actually, so did I, it was mainly because of the Moonwalker Megadrive game, and his music was really cool.

    I don't think I have joined any fan club, the only thing that kinda resembles a fan club is Christianity. That's a group worship a specific person.

    Anyway, its a sin to make idols out of people/other Gods and worship them.
