I desperatley need help. I'm at the beginning where you need to get the Rogue Tomato, I have gone all over this little desert area and I can't find it for the life of me. I've read tens of walkthroughs, I have traveresed all along the North-East side of the area, I have been agro'd by everything that agro's in this area but no Tomato!!!
Have you talked to the person who posted the bill?
I initially had trouble locating Rogue Tomato as well, but eventually found that he was standing on the plateau in front of the Rabanastre entrance. Just head straight when the area loads and you should see him playing under a few trees.

And yeah, just leave Rabanastre by the east gate, into the Estersand. There should be a small plateua pretty much straight ahead of you - go onto it. Also bear in mind on the minimap marks appear as larger dots than normal monsters.
