FFXII's opening FMV was pretty great with the Star Wars/LoTR-esque massive war sequence. FFVIII's was great too, obviously.

FFX probably has my favorite ending. Bittersweet tragedy was never more pretty!

For all that I loath FFVIII, I must say, the opening fight scene was amazing. And it pains me to admit it.

I haven't playedd FFXII yet, my brother bought it yesterday but he said he gets to play it first. I don't really mind but.....I can't wait, he has to work today to, so I hafta wait till he gets home.

FF8's opening: The music was a really nice welcoming so to speak and the fight sequence was really cool as well. It introduces you to the rivalry between the two characters early on and brings you right into the story instead of some flashy and meaningless sequence.

FF10's ending: I love unhappy endings, especially with characters I don't like. However, I hated the song, Suteki Da Ne.

Opening ~ I never played FFVIII that much, just saw the opening and a few scenes after, and I seriously thought the opening was awesome.

Yeah, you're right on the money with both of those.

Best ending movie would be the one on the PS version of FFVI, and the FMV is titled "For the Lovers". Good stuff.
