Ok I need some instructions.

I have already captured Tomay and that wasn't hard but I can't find the next one. It says it's in the Oasis and you have to teleport back to the airship and go on the outside deck. Ok, I have no idea what that means so can someone tell me the locations of the Cactuars, in order?
