Why is that worth a nod? She said it way too quickly ("I-luv-u"), and it was a weak translation of "arigatou" (or however you spell it), which means "thank you". Besides, I don't think the quality of a love story is based on how many times the characters say "I love you". To quote Tifa, "Words aren't the only thing that tell people what you're thinking..."
