Eh...I guess this one's okay to keep because it has a poll and everything.
I only watched the 'History of Final Fantasy' featurette on the DVD so far, as that was one of the main things I was anticipating in it. I'll probably watch the other features sometime in the near future.
This will be my routine.
1. Play FF XII a little, just to see the first cutscene and test it out.
2. Watch the 'History of FF' for some nostalgia and prepare myself for what's ahead.
3. Finally start up a new game in FF XII.
I'm more into teh game right now to stray away and play anything else; even the DVD. I'll get around to it maybe next week though when I take a break from teh game for a day or so.

"Oh Yes" ~ Juelz Santana
from what i've watched, the dvd was ok
Well, that featurette just goes over the entire series starting from FFI (while only paying lip service to FFX-2, FFT, and FFTA), and mentions FNCFFXIII, so there's nothing to really spoil. I'd say it was nice and nostalgic, though it could've added a bit more information. Basically it goes over the gameplay highlights of the games, the modes of transportation, and the introduction of things like Chocobos, Cid, and Moogles (though the announcer fails to mention that Moogles are originally from FFIII; it even shows a screen of Dorga's pad and doesn't even mention the Moogles).
I think it could've focused on the stories of the games even more, as FFII, IV, and VI were the ones that took the series up little by little in the storyline department. But at least it mentions the Opera House.
what was the whole opera house thing about?
I meant that although the announcer didn't speak too much about the increasing storyline elements of the games (especially VI), he at least mentioned the revolutionary and extremely nostalgic Opera House sequence, which is notable.
i meant to ask what happened in it
i haven't gotten that far into ff6
