OK so far i only can use 2 gambits for each characters but i have 4 slots for my three main characters how do i turn it on?? it won't let me do i have to get the license for it??

No, you don't need a liscence. But can't turn it on, until you program the gambit. So set it how you want it, then you can move it and turn it on.
