First off, when you're 12, relationships aren't really that serious. They may SEEM that way but when you look back later on, you'll realize it's NOT that serious. Secondly, he's your best friend. For all you know, SHE kissed him. Until you know everything, don't make any moves to break up with her or stop being friends with him. Third, even if it WAS him that kissed her, don't stop being friends with him because of it. Tell them you're happy for them and know on the inside that it's not serious anyway because YOU'RE ONLY 12. When you're 16+, we'll talk.

Not to be terribly condescending, but...
1. There are other girls out there. Lots of other girls. And at 12, you've got a lot of time to find them. Use that time to get a better understanding of how real relationships work.
2. Normally I would say if your best friend was really your friend he wouldn't do something like this, but again, at your age it's to be expected. Think of it as a learning experience for everyone involved. You can approach either (or both) of them about what happened, but I'd say it's not worth getting too worked up about.
It may seem like a big deal right now, but regardless of how everything turns out I imagine you'll be back to normal in fairly short order. :mog:
