Hwang, Cervantes, Seung (sp?) Mina, Mitsurugi, Siegfried, Rock, and Mr. Fire Man are also in the game. Also, I'm not sure if this would count as a totally seperate character, (SPOILER)but Siegfried's evil form also appears in the Soul Calibur games after Soul Blade, under the name of "Nightmare".
