I have just aquired the rinoa card from general caraway, and im trying to reclaim my lost ifrit card from martine. She is supposed to be in FH but I cannot find her anywhere. Can somone please tell where abouts in FH she is?

Martine is a dude, dude.
Act like you're going to Mayor Dobe's house, but veer right when you get up tot he screen where the steps are, and just keep going right until you get to the next screen, and if there's a dude there, it'll be dobe.

and yeah, is there any time where you play General Caraway at Cards without the random rule in play? Since its reallllly hard to have Ifrit pop up randomly and have it to be the best card so that he would take it
To abolish the random rule, simply keep losing.
