    With that one, I know the brushes you used on it is what I meant. Or at least I'm pretty sure, since I have a brush that looks a lot like that.
    There are platterns, textures and Gradient maps that can make this effect too. You can make it by hand as well using the marquee tool.
    I never thought of making Icons, they never work well with me as they do with you Emmy16, so good luck.
