Need help with espers! Sum-1 come to ma aid plz!!

wassup everyone! Well im at the(SPOILER)Rainy giza plains an i got Belias awhile ago and i was wounderin... How many espers do you get by jus followin the main story line?? Is Belias the only one you get by doin this an you have to extra stuff to get the other ones or do you get most of them like how you got belias, you ran into them while you were goin sumwhere you had to go??

I take it that the optional espers are hard as hell to beat?? An if that's the place to get Adremmalch ( sorry for not puttin on spolier tags, it wont let you when your editing something youve already posted) then i found that last night, but i had a bad feelin when the name of the area i was in was called " invation to heresy" that jus sounded kind of ominious so i got out of there.=) An could you privite message me how to do the side quest to get him plz? cause ive seen pics of him an i think he's gonna be my favorite esper!
