Elder Wyrm= Esuna and Cura is a must learn for all of your character. Use Decoy and draw all of the attention to the decoyed person, this should give Larsa time to use Hi-Potion. Have a long-ranged character and heal when needed. Attack him and keep a close eye at your HP, you should be fine.
