Pain (Poison, Blind, Silence and Curse)
Berserk
Confuse

You can then choose between Break, Sleep, Death or Stop for the final slot, depending on the most common enemies you are fighting at the time.

However, if you're looking for all-purpose status protection, Esuna, Reflect, Holy and Pain covers pretty much everything to some degree.
