I'm 3rd Generation, but I voted Seventh on a spastic whim that I now regret.

This has taken control of me for every poll, thus far, making all my votes, at least, a contribution to the unreliable.

    NES FOREVER!

The Third and Fourth Generations apply to me. I didn't even own a PlayStation until a year or so ago. xD

I was born in the twillight of the Third Generation, but grew up in the Fourth with an SNES at my side.
Boy am I an unfunny ass.

Nothing to be sad about, that means you have more gaming knowledge than the rest of us.

As for me NES all the way.

8 bit actually (first gen)-pong, asteroids, good ol atari

8 bit (the gen we know and love)- Sega Master System, NES

    16 bit- SNES, Genesis

    32 bit/64 bit- Playstation (32bit),Saturn (32bit), N64 (64 bit)

bits no longer matter- Dreamcast (32bit), Gamecube (64 bit if I remember correctly), Xbox (32bit) and PS2 (dual 64 bit)

See above. We'll just call this the sixth gen per this list- PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii
Fixed your list. Yeah I'm picky, but I hate when people still see bits as a measure of console power.

Anyway, I used to play a lot of NES when I would visit my aunt as a young'in but never had one myself. You could say I got my proper start when I got a SNES for Christmas way back in '92 I believe.

My first console was an Amiga, but the first one that mattered was my sexy NES

The 32 bit. I still think that the old games were the best, nowdays games are so repeating themselves.

My first console was an NES.
I remember playing the three Ninja Gaiden games over and over.
Even if I couldn't beat them back then.

I grew up with the NES.

I never bought a SNES because I was too infatuated with the NES, not to mention the fact that I was terribly poor.
