Well two things deaths spring to mind right now,

Firstly that stupid idiotic bloody flowering cactaur!!!! Thought i was doing well untill he remembered his boss gambit:
Hp < 10 Become faster, stronge and more combos (ARGH)

Oh and the time i was wandering around the desert looking for the blossoms (to gt the braheim key) and took a wrong turn, found a sand storm and a big big dino inside, ouch, not good at level 21 !!!!!
