The last book I read was Angels and Demons, written by Dan Brown (who wrote The DaVinci Code). Incidently, it is 10 times better than The DaVinci Code.

'The Inferno' by Dante Aligheri. I stopped reading it for a bit but I'm about to go buy the last two books in 'the devine comedy' so I figure I might as well finish this one up.

I'm reading a truly terrible book by Katherine Kurtz called "Camber the Heretic." I read the first book in the trilogy and it was great as a standalone, but then, as I read book 2, and now book 3 (the one I'm on now) I find that they're both full of filler. The second one had almost nothing happen, and the third is only slightly better.

    Love that one.

Currently reading "Dune" by Frank Herbet for an English assigment. From the back of the book:

"Here is the novel that will be forever considered a triumph of the imagination. Set on the desert planet Arrakis, Dune is the story of the boy Paul Atreides, who would become the myseterious man known as Muad'Dib. He would avenge the traitorous plot against his noble family - and would bring to fruition humankind's most ancient and unattainable dream.

A stunning blend of adventure and mysticism, environmentalism and politics, Dune won the first Nebula Award, shared the Hugo Award, and formed the basis of what is undoubtedly the grandest epic in science fiction."

    So far loving it.

And it's good. Very different from anything else I've read. But I'm anxious to get it done and read other things all the same.

Not really reading anything specific, more stuff for paper I have due Tuesday. The last thing I read was a section from Diogenes Laertius' Lives of Eminent Philosophers Book X, Epicurus.

I'm reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix, just because I need to catch up before the next movie comes out.
