    Default Paradise Risen

I was wondering what would be the best time to take this mark on (Gil Snapper).

And also, what lvl do you guys think I need to be at or around.

Any key magic I will need going in to the fight?

Any helpful equipment that will aid me in my glory doing this hunt?

And most importantly, any advice or strategies that I should use during the fight?

    ty all

I did it at level 28 and honestly had a bit of a struggle. Balthier with Silence Shot in his gun helps IMMENSELY. I'd wait until after completing Mt. Bur-Omisace however, just do you can dispel his buffs. It was a hell of a lot harder with his defense up. I had Basch tanking it whilst Penelo and Balthier sniped it from a distance. Once I got it down to ~30% HP, I just blew it away with a quickening chain.

If it does, it'll turn back to The Rains in due time. There's a guy in Rabanastre who tells you when the season will change.

    Ahh, that helps.

When larsa joins the party as a guest on the way to Mt. Bur-Omisace, would that be a good time to tackle it?

And also what weps did you have penelo and balthier useing when you fought it?

Penelo had a Loxley Bow with Parallel Arrows, Balthier had a Betelgeuse with Silence Shot, and Basch was using a War Hammer and Ice Shield. There's also a random Seeq from Clan Centurio who joins to help fight, so you'll have a bit more firepower and an extra meat shield.
