Final Boss Battle

Well..I haven't actually tried it yet, but I'm there. Before you say anything, I must tell you that I more or less suck at quick decision(video games)...

Anyways, I got a full board on all my characters, and I'm ~level 53. I'm got money to get items and whatnot..

All I need to know, is what you guys think would be good equipment, and weapons.

I recommend level 60 if you are going to take out (SPOILER)Vayne

For the weapon, (SPOILER)Excalibur, Tournesol, Zodiac Spear, Scorpion Tail etc. all make good equip, but they are not for buying, they are mostly found in specific place ((SPOILER)Giruvegan - Great Crystal) (Unless if you count Bazaar Goods).

It doesn't matter which equipment you choose, just make sure they are top-notch. For example, (SPOILER)I equip Golden Axe, Aegis Shield, Dragon Mail, White Mask and Bubble Chain on everyone.

LASTLY, don't go to (SPOILER)Bahamut until after you get all Espers, finished all mob hunt and finished all of the sidequest. Some of the Rank VII-VIII Mob Hunt are even harder than the final boss.

Eh I just beat it not too long ago. Level 50-54 all characters, not even full board filled up. Best equipment was the stuff bought from shops, well minus a peice of Maximillian for Basch. But over all Ididn't really have a lot of the strongest gear, and I still won pretty easily. Just needed my good 'ole Cura/Curaja spam every now and then. Honestly the hallways before the final boss were tougher then the fight itself in my opinion. >.>

But yeah, no worries if you don't do everything before hand, you could just go and beat it and see the ending then go back to do all the extra stuff later like I did.
