Is there an absolutely 100% definetly guaranteed release date for FFXII (pal/europe version) yet?

I remember watching the trailer for this game when i bought star ocean nearly 3 years ago.

Talk about dragging it out.

Will probably have a PS4 before its released and finished my website! ..... he he
