If the president were to die, Cheney would become the new president. Not a big change, so it's a wasted kill.

And no, I wouldn't kill anyone. There are some horrible people in the world (Bin Laden, for example) but I feel sorry for killing ants, spiders and roaches, no way I'd be able to kill a human.
