    Angry FF9 help

    it is un explainable every time i make it to the second disk on FF9 it freezes on every disk ive ever used and i think its a hardware error

    Yeah, sounds like a hardware problem. The PS3 is released soon anyway, so a PS2 is going to be cheap. Or you could try and clean it, but you might end up breaking it so be warned.

    Cleaning a PS2 is relatively easy and safe to do, however I say it is easy and that is because I have done hundreds of them. If it is only disc 2 then I can't see the problem other than a possibility of lens dirt. Much cheaper and safer than what I do is to by a dvd lens cleaner.
