okay ive started playing this game and i have certain weapons i like my characters to have
eight= boomerang
yangus=axe
jessica=whip
angelo=sword

only problem is ive been usin the edged boomerang and thorn whip because the only weapons for eight seem to be swords and lances(a lot of lances)
and i really need a new whip cuz i got like a poison moth dagger and i don't like it im in baccarat.
when do i get another boomerang and whip?
or some good alchemy recipes to make some

Oh, I love this game. Is any one else a fan of Marcello? He's just too much fun...(SPOILER)And I cried at Neos. Just.....aaaah. Everything he worked for and sacrificed his whole life for comes crashing down (quite literally) around his ears. And then Angelo stopping him from killing himself....oh god. *sob*

So im at the part after i've gotten the sun mirror and i went into the dark ruins and was PWNED by monsters so are there any tips on how to lvl up fast in this game

Your definately underlevelled. Just train up as much as you can anywhere. There's no real lvling up tips at this point I know of, just the good old slogging away and getting good equipment. Experiment with alchemy. Train up, because if your losing to the random enemies...
