I was playing FF12 a lot previously and it was a decent game, I loved the combat but the rest of the game just felt kind of lacking.
Then I got a Wii and Twilight Princess which I was absolutely captivated by and recently finished a couple days ago. To be honest I have really no desire to get back into FF12 right now, I just have no desire to play it after experiencing Twilight Princess.

But what do I know. I'm just one of many valuable players who love the entire series no matter how bad they are. And for the record, this is the new least to best order. FF9, FFX-2, FF1,FF2, FF3, FF4, FF Tactics, FF5, FF6, FF12,FF11,FF10,FF7,FF8.
i cant belive you think 9 was the worse and 8 was the best . 9 was amazeing 8 was eh ok. but everyone is entiled to there opinions. id say replay 9 though pay close attention to the story

Judging from the pictures/movies for FF13, I'm hesitant to buy a PS3 when it comes out, they honestly should've never changed their main theme, change is good, but too much change can (and proven) be bad.
the battle system was the biggest change in the whole thing and its a lot of fun then haveing to stop moveing and being sucked into a battle. ff12 is awesome you should always play a game start to finish before judgeing it.

As Timerk said, there are spots where the level spikes are pretty steep...not sure if its only two though. I hit one last week and havent even touched the game since then. I was actually a few lvs ahead of everything, and then i get to a certain area and BAM! i'm getting slaughtered. I'd already spent several hours leveling just so i could reach that area, and whaddya know, it allowed me to reach that area just so i could die. So now i've gone back to playing my third file on Resident Evil 4.

The battle system i like fairly well, i like being able to see whats ahead of me and knowing whether or not i have the strength (or patience) to fight it.

And IX is an incredible FF. Whoever says it sucks should be shot.

i actually like the level spikes makes hte game more challangeing i jsut got through one and now im in an area that seems quite easy. i like a challange and when i hit those areas that seem tuff it makes the game even more fun. i actually worry im gaining to many levels because i dont want the game to be easy. so far its a pretty challangeing game. i found myself running for my life a few times mostly on hunts though but hey its stillpart of the game.

The team developing XIII is completely different. The "magic trio" that did FFX is back again making a game. I just can't wait for XIII

Must be, but we need diversity. Life's more interesting when you're being visited by your evil twin from a parallel universe

I think the "magic trio" have run out of magic tricks myself. I prefer the original "Magic Trio" of Sakaguchi, Amano, and Uematsu.

The "magic trio" are back? *groans* Time for another confusing storyline...

Ya know...i still havent touched XII again and its been over week. I worked my ass off leveling so i could be a few lvs stronger than other stuffs, and then i found out i had to lv MORE and that totally burnt me out.
And i'm really glad it was my dad who bought me the special edition and not me, cuz its a waste of an extra $10. Different cover and a CD with artwork, woohoo. I actually prefer the normal cover, and i can find the artwork online. I guess the only reason i had him get the special edition was for bragging rights xD
