Terminator 2: Judgement Day

Cool thread title, but this topic is about ALL the Terminator movies.

I was watching James Cameron's dual masterpieces, Terminator's 1 and 2 back-to-back the other day and I was trying to figure out which is the best one.

Terminator 2 has all the thrills and spills and is simply AWESOME but Terminator 1 has a heck of a lot more tension and is pretty scary sometimes. Plus, Arnie as a Bad Terminator was much more entertaining then him being a goodie!

For me, Terminator 1 just nicks it because of the scene where Arnie blows away all the cops in the Police Station as he hunts down Sarah Connor.

I know most are going to pick the second one, but I've always loved the first one much more.

I like the second the most for obvious reasons. The first one was very good as well... and I won't even go into the third one.

I quite like Terminator 2. I guess it's that theme of protection that appeals to me.

I personally think all movies are great but Im with the majority who say T2.

I say T2 purely on a basis of who would win.

T2 is malleable, cand can reconfigure itself, while arnie just has one life, no extra lives like T2

but in coolness factors, its arnie all the way

i like all of them but T2 is the best not becuase of Arnie being a good guy but because of the awesome T1000 and some AMAZING set pieces. Personally i see it as one of the best actions films of all time....as for T1 i see that as more sci-fi horror than anything else...

I would have to say T2 on this one, the first one was too dark for me, the second was alote better. I dont know, but the story was imo far more develloped in the second where the first was lacking. Anyways I like arnie as the good guy ^_^ so T2 for me.

The first one is better for me, though the T-1000 in the second is one of the best villains in film history. But I prefer the tight budget of the first and (perhaps most importantly) Sarah Connor isn't insanely annoying in the first film. In the second I just wound up wishing that she'd shut up.
