Usernotes first. Always. Then General Chat. I never check PM's because if I have one, it will prompt me.
I check my PM's/reply to my PM's.
I check User Notes/post User Notes.
I come to General Chat
I go to another Forum on EoFF
I harrass and abuse my enemies on EoFF 
I do something else, listed in my Post...

If I have PMs, then I check them and reply. If not, I usually just go to General Chat.
I almost always check the Staff forum first. And then move my way down along the index. I used to always check reported posts first but I don't have email notification anymore so I just kinda forget about it these days.
1) Check PMs if I have any
2) General Chat for stand out threads or any of my threads
3) Art Forum
4) FFXII forum or The Lounge
5) EoEo
6) General Chat again for a more thorough search.
