* Checkmate (???)...there was a whole lot of games i enjoyed, but i also remembered this chess-like game and there are different warriors depending on what side i chose
Super Nintendo
* Super Mario Bros 3...i think i made it to world 5 at the most. my favorite one is Giant Land
* Zelda: A Link To The Past...a more broad definition of adventure in my eyes. first i watched my brother and cousins play, and they passively gave me the guidance to get through most parts of the game

The Legend of Zelda.
Proud to be the Unofficial Secret Illegal Enforcer of Eyes on Final Fantasy!
When I grow up, I want to go toBovineTrump University! - Ralph Wiggum
NES- Astyanax (probably never heard of it, rather unoriginal, but it was fun)
Castlevania
FFI
Super Mario 3
SNES-
FFVI
FFIV
FFV
Chrono Trigger
The original Zelda for the NES. It was the first open ended GTA type world released on a console. By GTA type I mean being open ended. I'll never forget the time I beat it at midnite. Wife thought I was crazy for jumping up and down in glee.
Well, Zelda: LttP on SNES was a huge favourite of mine when I was younger. I kept hiring it from the video store.
Also Super Mario Bro. 3 on SNES was a very good one.
"... and so I close, realizing that perhaps the ending has not yet been written."
Pretty much anything Mario. Plus the original Castlevania.
When I had an Atari ST, the games I played most were probably Pacmania, Nebulus, Joe Blade, and OutRun. There were others, but those four are the ones I remember most.
For my Master System II, I only had 3 games: Alex Kidd in Miracle World, California Games, and World Games.
And those are all the older games that I played the most.
If I had to pick one to be my favorite (something I hate doing, but I will do it anyway), it would probably be Alex Kidd in Miracle World. I played it like, 3 times a day. I usually got up to the monkey and died. You would be one cool kid if you could get up to Jaffar. I wasn’t a cool kid. Janken. I called him Jaffar.
Mega Man 2 and 3
Mega Man X
Chrono Trigger
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Seiken Densetsu II: Secret of Mana
Final Fantasies I-VI
Kirby Super Star
Super Mario Bros. 3
Metroid
Super Castlevania (Castlevania IV?)
Dragon Quest III
And probably a godawfully large amount of more games.
I'm not going to bother, since it looks just like my list for Games You Keep Going Back to.
Except:
Ghosts 'n Goblins
Leave some shards under the belly
Lay some grease inside my hand
It's a sentimental jury
And the makings of a good plan
some Mario games.
