Vossler [SPOILERS]

[Spawn of Sephiroth]

Ok. I am currently stuck where you (SPOILER)have to fight Vossler. I just got to the part where you get the Dawn Shard and get your first esper and after the cutscenes, you have to fight Vossler

My party is as followed:

1st Party ( Main Party)

Vann- LV. 18 Has all 3 Quickenings
Basch- LV. 18 no quickenings
Balthier-Lv. 18 no quickenings

2nd Party

Ashe- LV. 13 no quickenings
Penelo- LV. 14 has 2 quickenings
Fran-LV.9 has 1 quickening

how in the heck do I beat him? I have tried like 6 times, and he kicks my butt every time

What equipment types are you using?
If you keep buffs up during boss battles it makes a tremendous difference in this game, so geting gambits that automate it for you is also helpfull.

If Vaan has 3 quickenings you should have tons of mana for healing, just make sure you don't waste it on useless mist knack casting. Just keep your hp topped up at all times and you should be fine.

I just used a quickening chain and then hack and slashed a bit and that did it for me.

I had mostly 2 quickenings for each character, so it was pretty easy to kill him with a quickening chain.

If you are reasonably leveled, the Ghis and Vossler fights are just there to make sure you have your healing gambits all straight. If you are having problems, just spec a White Mage on the LB, the fight will be a lot easier then.
