    Default Movie making programs

Okay, I've been using Windows Movie Maker to make all my anime music videos...but lately it's been crashing on me...so any suggestions on either how to fix it or do you know of any better movie making programs?

I like to use Sony Vegas.

    Non liner editors rock.

As a film major, I can say both Final Cut Pro and Avid are great for making films, though VERY pricey, as they are programs used by professionals too.

    I-movie isn't too bad either.

    Take care all.

No problem. Best of luck on the project!

Though we're moving away from needing a specific brand of computer for a specific program, sometimes the brand you use constricts you from the programs that you'd like to try.

    Take care all.

I don't suppose you could recommend any free ones?
