I don't know any white people with a nose like that.
Although he did get Vitilligo, I will admit he did have an account of surgury. (Skin colour is vitiligo everything else is surgury)
I think he has a condition that makes him dissatisfied with how he looks, and can never look good enough in his eyes.
Also, it is posible to become adictive to plastic surgury. The difference is that Michael had the money to keep going back, so was able to have much more than he should have done.
It's hard to pick, I love lots of them, Black and White probably.

That's because the surgery didn't turn out as well as he had hoped :p. Successive attempts to fix it doesn't seem to have worked as he was hoping for either.
