I was at the public library trying to get my DS working on it's wifi and I managed to connect to it's access point just fine, but when I tried to test the connection I got a 52200 error. Is there a way I can fix this?

It seems that there's a problem with the firewall, and I doubt they'll let you change their firewall settings. I don't see what you can do besides buy a Nintendo Wi Fi dongle thingy for home.
