Uh... I'm pretty sure that Old Manus has been decapitated enough, judging by all the pictures, and he's still around.
Either him or Goldenboco, who seems to be the most birdlike/bird-oriented, which makes him/her/it closer to chickenish and closer to being able to run around headless than anybody else I can readilly think of.
