Basic Description: He was a ruler who became corrupted by power, and began a campaign for world conquest. Attack Description: Cyclone- A massive Cyclone appears and wipes out anything in its path.
Starfall- A fairly infrequent attack, but devestating when used. He vanishes, and the sky goes dark. Embers begin raining down, then a rather large meteor slams into the battlefield. Anything not outright crushed is severly dammaged by the shockwave. Yes, this includes your party.
