    Ambrose Bierce:
Love: a temporary insanity, curable by marriage.

    Bill Cosby:
For two people in a marriage to live together day after day is unquestionably the one miracle the Vatican has overlooked.

    Groucho Marx:
Some people claim that marriage interferes with romance. There's no doubt about it. Anytime you have a romance, your wife is bound to interfere.

    Joyce Brothers:
Marriage is not just spiritual communion, it is also remembering to take out the trash.

    Katharine Hepburn:
If you want to sacrifice the admiration of many men for the criticism of one, go ahead, get married.

    Mohandas K. Gandhi:
I first learned the concepts of non-violence in my marriage.

    Oscar Wilde:
Marriage is the triumph of imagination over intelligence.

    Socrates:
My advice to you is to get married. If you find a good wife, you'll be happy; if not, you'll become a philosopher.

    Boldly go.

Someday, I'd like to get married. In the near future? Probably not.

Marriage gets a lot harder when kids arrive. Before my kids me and my hubby never fought. We did soon after our first diaper change ("It's your turn." "No it isn't!").

I got married a little over a year ago. It's pretty good so far. We already had a child before we got hitched, so we were used to that stress. All in all, its pretty good so far...

I'd like to get married one day. I don't want a big ceremony though. I want to do the Vegas thing and be spontaneous about it with someone I know I'll spend the rest of my life with.

I'm not entirely sure. I mean, the whole lovey-dovey soulmate thing does sound appealing, but I'm not sure if I could deal with all of the baggage that comes with it, at least not at this stage in my life.

I dunno. If I do get married, I don't want a flashy ceremony and expensive wedding. I just want to get married to the guy who will love me forever, make me smile forever, make me feel safe and secure and...well you get the gist. ;D

Marriage is a sham for suckers and fools >.<

    (W&G Quote)
Chuck Noblet: Can anyone tell me the tragic irony of the Trojan War? Tina? Tina: Um, that horses are friendly creatures yet a hollow, wooden one was used to destroy Troy? Chuck Noblet: Wrong and no. Anyone else? Chip? Chip: That the mighty warrior Achilles was killed by a small cut to his ankle. Chuck Noblet: Chip is wronger. OK, here it is. The tragic irony of the Trojan War is that though it was fought over Helen, who was young and beautiful, by the time they rescued her ten years later, she was old and ugly. Tina: But wasn't recovering the king's wife reward enough for the Greeks? Chuck Noblet: Tina, an ugly woman is never a reward.
