Today I was asked by a player named Evilkrow (writing down his name so I dont forget to send a reply) about the Vana'Diel Tribune or more like how to get the new ones.. I only know of the 16 that is visible from the playonline viewer.

So my question is are those the only 16 availiable or is there some weird way to get them....this game is good about doing stuff like that.
