There's only one way to find an innocent boy: find the local homeschool group in your town and have a courtship with one of the boys.
All guys (not including sheltered homeschoolers) have hormones and that will make them horny and pervy, meaning that in some point in their life they have looked at porn and ruined their innocence. The key is to find a guy who keeps all that under control and looks at a girl's eyes while she talks, not her chest.
I really which feel that the majority of people (I'm generalizing to college here, people, seeing as that is what I've come to know and love in the past few months) are looking for loud, wild, brash partners. Or at least slightly.
