Bull. It's more like 95% of guys who know where to draw the line. Everyone's got a sex drive, and I am sick and tired of this BS stereotype that it's always the guys who don't know how to control it. I, for one, control my sex drive--it does not control me. The same is true of all of my male acquaintences, including the self-proclaimed "world's youngest dirty old man," who in fact uses that persona purely for humor value.
