There was that one EoFF Ban a while Back.
I wasn't warned for chugglesthewonder hampster strangely, and there was the warning for iwillnotbebanned, though I wasn't PM'd about it, so I shall pass if off as they didn't care therefore will not effect my track record, making a grand total of 1.

Yep, you can add these to your track record. You don't always necessarily receive a PM. You saw the ban message and you see whatever is posted in-thread. You cannot ignore those just because you did not recieve a PM.
